Instructions

Step 1
In a medium to large bowl, mix soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar until sugar dissolves. Add gochugaru, sesame oil, sunflower oil and toasted sesame seeds.

Step 2
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut vertically into small "half moons".

Cut the onion nin rings. Cut the spring onion into 1cm wide pieces. Chop the garlic.
