        Steam edamame for 5-7 minutes or alternatively boil in heavily salted water.

        Chop garlic and sauté over medium heat in a large skillet. Add chili paste and miso paste and mix everything together. Add soy sauce and mirin and continue to simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
