          Dry the shrimp and season with salt. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.

          After a few minutes, pour Japanese Sake, sauté and add in white onion, garlic, lemon grass and cherry tomatoes. Turn the heat to low and add the tomato paste, a bit of water and cook until shrimps become super tender. (When sauce is ready, remove the lemongrass sticks).

          At the same time, Boil a pot of water and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Soba noodles overcook very easily, so watch them carefully! After about 4-5 minutes, drain and rinse the noodles in cold water to stop them from cooking.
