These Asian-inspired rice tacos are a delicious twist on the traditional taco! 🌮 They are made with sushi rice as the base and topped with a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients. Crispy nori leaves add a touch of ocean flavor, while the smoky tofu provides a rich and satisfying texture. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
Cut all ingredients for the filling into small cubes. Set aside.
Roll out the freshly cooked rice thinly (approx. 0.5 cm) with the help of a rolling pin, then fry until lightly brown in an oiled pan.
Use a glass as a mold to form the fried rice into taco shape.
Pan-fry the ingredients of the filling all together.
Put a nori leaf in the rice taco and then fill it with the tofu vegetables mix. Add guacamole and top everything with coriander and crispy seaweed.
